I feel it is important for my prospective clients to understand the man behind the company. My name is Christopher James Ranone, I´m 38 years old and have been married for nine years to my beautiful wife Jo-Ann, who has a son Alex. I have been a licensed real estate broker in Rhode Island and South Carolina for three years; but before that I was, and still am today, a professional buyer of real estate. My other Qualifications are:

Being in the business of buying real estate since 1998, I have come to understand the complexities of owning both a brokerage and a real estate development company. My personal relationships with banks, realtors, developers, attorneys, mortgage brokers, appraisers and private lenders throughout the east coast, as well as my knowledge of market area conditions in the Myrtle Beach and Grand Strand areas, leads my clients to see that my experience is exactly what they´re looking for!

Understanding and representing a client´s needs are the most important Factors in the real estate business. I´ve had the experience of buying over 150+ single and multi-family homes, as well as condos and commercial properties, for myself and my partners, and I´ve come to know the difference between a professional agent and a novice. Which is why, three years ago, I became my own real estate broker/owner.

Now, why is this important to you, the client? Because, without the experience and the knowledge to now how the handle unexpected obstacles, the contract falls apart, and the client is left confused and, rightfully, angry. Buying a new home is the single biggest investment you will ever make, which is why my main focus as a buyer´s broker or a seller´s broker is too be able to protect my client´s interests!
